Led the animal welfare project from conception through policy impact:

  • Identified and scoped the highest-impact research questions for animal welfare in Norwegian politics.
  • Planned and managed the project timeline, coordinating with co-authors, and produced a report on the crisis in Norwegian salmon farming. Featured in Aftenposten.
  • Drafted and submitted a consultation response to the Norwegian parliament (Stortinget). Parts adopted by several parties in a minority proposal.
  • Co-authored a policy note on GMO technology for better fish welfare (with Sigrid Bratlie).
